Guaranteed booking — it is a type of reservation at which the hotel expects the guest until the check-out time of the day following the day of the planned arrival. In case of untimely cancellation of the reservation, being late or not arriving, it or the customer will be charged for the actual downtime of the room (room in the room), but not more than a day. If you are late for more than a day, the guaranteed reservation is cancelled; with guaranteed reservation of a hotel room, a prepayment of 100% of the cost of the first night of stay is taken.
Unguaranteed booking — it is a type of reservation, in which the hotel expects the guest until 18:00 on the day of arrival, after which the reservation is cancelled. After 18.00 the hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations. Moreover, guests arriving after 18:00 are accommodated based on the actual availability of hotel rooms at the time of arrival.
